  • One-time Startup Cost Deduction/Payout: $500

Total Deduction/Payout: $2,000.

Terms & conditions of the refferal program:


1. Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for the referral program.

2. Tax Responsibility:
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes that may be incurred as a result of receiving the referral reward.

3. The Reward:
Please note, the person making the referral must sign a non-disclosure agreement before the reward is paid out.

Option 1: For partners and individuals, the referral reward will be transferred via bank at the end of each month. The amount will be calculated once the new customer has signed a contract and officially goes “live” with the Bedify PMS system.

Option 2: Existing customers can choose to have their referral reward deducted from their monthly fees until the full reward is utilized.

4. Payout and reward size:
Please note, there is no binding period. However, if the referred customer terminates the contract within the first 6 months, the referral reward will no longer be valid.
The size and payout of the reward are finalized when the new customer signs a contract with Bedify. Payouts will begin only after the new customer is fully operational and “live” on the Bedify PMS system.

5. Confidentiality:
All reward amounts are confidential and may indirectly reveal the monthly license fees paid by other hotels. Any participant who discloses or shares details about their reward will automatically forfeit it. This information is strictly confidential, as all pricing and offers from Bedify & Locky are tailored to each customer. Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal liability and revocation of the reward. Additionally, the participant will no longer be eligible to join the referral program.

The referrer cannot disclose to new customers the pricing received by other customers they referred, as each contract is tailored to the specific needs of the customer.

6. Acknowledgment of Referral:
The new customer must acknowledge that they have been referred by you for the referral to be valid. This acknowledgment must occur before the contract is signed with the new customer for the reward to be vaild.

7. Fraud Prevention:
We take measures against fraudulent activity seriously. Any attempts to manipulate the referral program will result in disqualification.
Additionally, if you choose to terminate your contract with Bedify, the reward will be forfeited, and any violations of the referral program terms will be addressed accordingly and the participant will no longer be eligible to join the referral program.

8. Applicable Customers:
The reward is only granted if the referral results in a new customer for Bedify. If the referred hotel has previously had a contract with Bedify, or if the referred customer has already been referred by someone else, resulting in a reward for that referrer, no reward will be granted.

9. Program Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, along with a notice period for participants.
