Christmas and new years eve is coming up, and o boy what a year it has been for Bedify! We will try to squeeze in one more release before new years eve but cant promise anything as we are turning a bit of our focus to the Lock system at Locky Tech.

We are thrilled to announce that the new version of system has been released. As always you dont need to take any actions as its already implemented in your system. We have mainly focused on two things this release, a new version of the booking engine and a making the system widely internationalization, supporting multiple currencies, timezones and languages.

  • Multi langauge, the guests can select a different language

Paytrail payment solution

We welcome our finish customers with an integration to paytrail. Paytrail is part of the nets group but highly recommended for finish customers.

Security enhancement

We have added a restriction to avoid generating easy guessable codes like 1111,2222,3333 etc. This codes will no longer be automatically be provided to the guests to enhance guest security.

Improved update of availaiblity to OTA’s

During this release we have added a fix to the improve the update of bookings. This will make it more robust when it comes to cancellation after you have moved the booking from one category to another. Each time we receive a cancellation we imitatively updates the channels availability to avoid overbooking.

Price plan varations

Its now possible to inherit price plan and give a discount based on the inherited priceplan. This is useful when you want to use one priceplan for OTA’s but then just give 15% discount on that priceplan on your booking-engine.

Addons filtered by categories

In the priceplan you can now filter the addons to be available only on a set of categories. For instance you can set breakfast only to be available for you hotel rooms, but for the caravan spaces in outside of the hotel you dont serve breakfast.

Multi languages

The whole system has now been translated into Norwegian, English, German and finish.

Bug fixes:

  • When creating a new system some of our customers got access denied when creating a new system.
  • When doing multiple corrections on an locked account, there was a little hickup causing the unbilled revenue list to get a bit out of sync.
  • When you allow multiple tax categories on a stay and changed it to the one that was not default, then it reverted to default once you extended of changed the stay
  • Two bugs with calendar and accounts getting out of sync has been fixes
